Driver payouts and a bank transfer batch

Generate an Elixir-0 or CSV batch for driver payouts, check IBANs, and record payouts after importing and authorising the file in online banking.

Updated: 23 September 2026

A saved settlement determines the amount due, but it does not make a bank transfer. A transfer batch prepares a file for online banking, after which you can record payouts; PDFs and settlement emails are handled separately.

Check data before creating a bank transfer batch

Go to Settlements → Weekly settlements and choose the right week. The Due for payout amount comes from the saved settlement. Each driver needs a valid Polish IBAN to be included in the generated file.

The number before a driver’s name, for example 003-12, is the settlement number. Its first part is the driver’s sequential three-digit company number; the second is that driver’s sequential settlement number padded to two digits. It identifies documents and is not a bank transfer reference.

The Pay out button records a payout in the app. It does not initiate a bank transfer and cannot replace payment authorisation.

Generate the bank transfer batch

  1. Click Transfer batch.
  2. In the preview, check drivers under Due for payout, masked accounts and amounts. Drivers who already have a recorded payout are unticked by default to reduce double-payment risk.
  3. Review excluded drivers. This section lists people who cannot be included, for example because an account is missing or invalid.
  4. Select only the drivers you intend to pay.
  5. Choose a File format: Elixir-0 or CSV.
  6. Enter the Sender account number (your company) and click Generate and download.

Elixir-0 is a Polish domestic bank-transfer import format. CSV is an alternative tabular file. Select the format your bank accepts, then import the downloaded file into online banking and authorise payments there yourself.

The app does not connect to a bank. Generating and downloading a file does not mean the bank has accepted it or that money has been sent.

Record payouts after sending the batch

After download, the app lists drivers actually included in the file and asks whether to mark them paid. Select Yes, mark as paid only after the batch is imported and approved in the bank. To do this later, select Not yet — close.

You can also record a payout without a batch: select Pay out by a driver, review the amount in Record payout, optionally add a note, then confirm Paid out. The list then shows the amount and recorded date.

Send settlement PDFs to drivers

Before or after payout, you can give drivers their documents. Use PDFs (All) for the full set, or the download icon for an individual PDF. Send to all sends settlement emails for drivers with saved settlements; the confirmation states how many emails will be sent and how many drivers without settlements are skipped.

Use the send icon for one driver. If a document has already been sent, the app displays its date and lets you send it again after confirmation. See Settlement PDF and Weekly driver settlement.

Common checks before sending the file

A driver without a valid IBAN is not included in the transfer batch. The driver appears in the excluded section, so correct details on the driver record and reopen the batch preview. Also review drivers with a payout already recorded: they are unticked by default to reduce the risk of paying the same amount twice.

Before generation, compare the total with that week’s settlements and enter the company sender account number. Choose Elixir-0 (business banking import) or CSV (Excel / generic import) according to your bank’s requirements. A downloaded file does not make a payment, and the app cannot confirm that the bank accepted it.

Only after importing and authorising the batch in online banking should you mark payouts as completed. If data changed after downloading, the app can skip items and report their count; refresh the preview rather than assuming the earlier list remains current.

Frequently asked questions

Does the transfer batch connect the app to my bank?

No. The app generates an Elixir-0 or CSV file which you import and authorise yourself in online banking.

Which account numbers does a transfer batch need?

It needs each driver’s valid IBAN and the sender account number for your company. Drivers without a valid account are listed as excluded.

Does downloading a transfer batch mean a payout was made?

No. After approving transfers at the bank, select Mark as paid or record an individual payout with Pay out.

How does a driver settlement number work?

It combines the sequential driver number with that driver’s sequential settlement number, for example 003-12. It identifies the settlement in the app and its PDF.
