I started as a Bolt and Uber fleet partner in Białystok. Every week brought the same hours in Excel: downloading CSV reports, combining platform data, calculating commission and sending settlement emails.

I looked for an off-the-shelf solution. I found tools for settlements or GPS, but not both together at a price that made sense for a smaller fleet.

So I built TwojaFlota: the system I wanted from day one. Automatic settlements, GPS without expensive hardware, B2B contracts and OC reminders — in one place and at one straightforward price.
