A driver shouldn't have to call the office to check a settlement, an upcoming inspection date, or to report a fault — login access to the panel covers all of that. This guide shows how to give a driver access, where they log in, and what they actually see once they're in.
1. Invite a driver to the panel
- Open the driver's profile under Drivers → Driver list.
- Click Invite to panel in the profile header. The button stays disabled until the driver has an email address on file.
- The driver receives an email with their login and a Ustaw hasło (Set password) button. The link opens your company's panel address and is valid for 7 days.
- The driver chooses their own password and lands straight in their panel. You never see or know that password.
After sending the invitation, the message includes a Copy link button — useful when the driver doesn't read email. You can send the link by text message or a messaging app. Until the driver sets a password, their profile shows Invitation sent, password not set and the button changes to Resend invitation. A new link cancels the previous one.
2. Where a driver logs in
A driver logs in at your company's panel address, entering their credentials in the Nazwa użytkownika and Hasło fields — the login screen itself keeps its Polish labels regardless of the panel's language setting. There is a general login form and a separate, driver-branded login page; either one signs a driver straight into the My car view, skipping the fleet admin panel entirely.
3. What a driver sees in My car
At the top, a driver sees Current mileage and three cards — Oil, Inspection and Insurance — with a day count until each is due. Below that are five tabs:
- Tasks — upcoming tasks assigned to their vehicle, with a due date and a way to mark them complete.
- History — the driver's own notes about the vehicle.
- Protocols — the handover protocols for their vehicle, with a PDF download where one exists.
- Faults — faults they've reported, with status, and a Report a fault button.
- Wallet — their weekly settlements, marked Paid or Pending.
A bottom bar keeps Refuel and Fault buttons within reach — the first opens an Add refuelling form with a receipt photo. A driver only ever sees their own vehicle and settlements, never other drivers' data or fleet settings.
4. The panel on the driver’s phone
A driver doesn’t need a separate app from a store. They add the panel to their phone home screen straight from the browser — Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone — and then open it from the TwojaFlota icon, full screen, like a regular app. They sign in with the same login and password from step 1. The phone installation guide walks through it step by step — you can send the driver that link.
Changing and recovering a password
- The driver wants to change their password — in their panel they tap the key icon (Change password) next to the log-out button, then enter the current and new password.
- The driver forgot their password — on the driver login page they tap Nie pamiętam hasła (Forgot password) and enter their email. They receive a link to set a new password, valid for one hour.
- You want to send them a link — click Send password-change link in the driver's profile. Their current password keeps working until they set a new one.
