Looking for the official login for Bolt fleet partners? You sign in to the Bolt Fleet Portal at fleets.bolt.eu. This guide covers what the dashboard contains, how to export weekly reports, how to fix common access problems, and how to avoid losing half a day every Monday when you work with Bolt, Uber and FreeNow at once.

Where to log in: Bolt, Uber and FreeNow partner portals

A fleet partner (partner flotowy in Polish) is a company that provides cars and drivers for ride-hailing apps. Each platform gives partners its own web portal:

  • Bolt Fleet Portal: fleets.bolt.eu, the official dashboard for Bolt fleets in Poland and across Europe.
  • Uber: supplier.uber.com, the tool for managing your Uber fleet and drivers.
  • FreeNow: portal.freenow.com, the partner portal for driver verification and settlements.

Log in with the email address and password you used when registering your partner account. Bookmark all three: they are your main administrative tools.

What you will find in the Bolt Fleet Portal

The Bolt Fleet Portal is Bolt’s official interface for companies that manage their own or leased vehicles. The main sections are as follows.

Drivers and vehicles

Here you add new drivers to your fleet, upload required documents (driving licence, criminal record certificate, medical certificate) and assign drivers to specific cars. You can see the verification status of every document.

Reports and payments

This is the most important section for the fleet owner and the accountant. It contains:

  • Weekly and daily reports: total gross turnover generated by all your drivers.
  • Bolt commission: the exact amount the platform deducted (typically 15 to 25% depending on the city).
  • Payments and transfers: the amounts Bolt paid into your company account for each settlement cycle.
  • Bonuses and compensation: payouts for completed quests, high-demand zone top-ups and refunds for cancelled rides.

Invoices and tax statements

The invoices tab lets you download the official weekly invoices (faktury) Bolt issues for its intermediary services. You need them to record costs correctly in your books.

Common login and access problems

No access after your account is activated

Your partner agreement is signed, but when you try to sign in at fleets.bolt.eu you see a permissions message or an authorisation error. The usual cause is that verification of your company details (NIP/KRS) has not been completed on Bolt’s side. Contact fleet support through the form in the dashboard or your Bolt fleet manager.

Several companies or cities on one login

If you run more than one company, or operate in several cities under separate licences, check which fleet profile is selected in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Data that seems to be missing almost always belongs to a different profile.

Access for office staff

If you employ fleet managers or an accountant, do not hand over the owner’s main credentials. The portal lets you assign roles with limited access, such as Fleet Manager or Accountant, which prevents unauthorised changes to bank details.

How to export a Bolt report and open the CSV correctly

To settle drivers at the end of the week you need to export the financial data:

  1. Open the Reports section of the Bolt Fleet Portal.
  2. Choose the settlement period, usually Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59.
  3. Click Export to CSV.

The CSV contains hundreds of rows of trip data. To open it properly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, use the import-from-text/CSV option with UTF-8 encoding and a comma or semicolon separator. Double-clicking the file can mangle dates and amounts that use decimal commas.

The key columns are Driver Name, Gross Earnings, Bolt Commission, Cash Collected and Net Payout. You use them to work out how much to pay each driver after your share and any car rent.

The Bolt Fleet API: what it is for

For larger fleets, Bolt offers an API integration. In the management panel you can generate access credentials: a Client ID and a Client Secret.

An API removes the need to log in and download CSV files by hand each Monday, because external software can pull trip summaries and driver earnings automatically. A small fleet does not need it, but it is useful to know the option exists.

The real problem: three portals, three formats, one settlement

The Bolt dashboard itself works well, but in practice almost nobody uses only one platform. Most profitable fleets in Poland run Bolt, Uber and FreeNow side by side so drivers do not sit idle between orders.

That means every week the owner or manager has to:

  • log in to the Bolt Fleet Portal and download a CSV;
  • log in to the Uber portal and download another report with a completely different column layout;
  • log in to the FreeNow portal and download a third statement in a third format;
  • merge everything in Excel by hand, apply different commission rates, and account for cash collected and advances.

It takes hours every week and invites errors. The calculation itself is explained step by step in Bolt and Uber driver settlements in Poland. If you are not ready to pay for software yet, try our free Excel settlement template.

How TwojaFlota automates it

TwojaFlota is an independent taxi fleet management system built for exactly this problem. Instead of logging in to each portal and stitching spreadsheets together:

  • you import Bolt, Uber and FreeNow reports and the system splits them per driver;
  • payouts are calculated by your own rules: fixed fee, percentage of turnover, car rent, cash and VAT;
  • each driver gets a clear PDF statement for the week;
  • drivers can see their settlement in the mobile app;
  • a bank transfer file can be prepared for you.

The interface and support are in Polish and English. It costs 200 PLN net per month or 1,200 PLN net per year (plus 23% VAT), with unlimited cars and drivers and 30 days free without a card.

FAQ

Where do I log in as a Bolt fleet partner?

At fleets.bolt.eu, using the email address and password from your partner registration.

Why do I get an authorisation error after signing the agreement?

Most often verification of your company details (NIP/KRS) is still pending on Bolt’s side. Contact fleet support through the form in the dashboard.

How do I download the weekly report?

Open Reports, choose the period (Monday to Sunday) and click Export to CSV. Open the file through your spreadsheet’s import function with UTF-8 encoding.

Do I need the API to work with reports?

No. A small fleet can download reports manually or upload them to settlement software. The API is mainly useful for larger fleets that want full automation.

Ready to automate your fleet settlements?
