Do you use your own settlement spreadsheet? Upload it with platform files and TwojaFlota will compare the results and prepare rules that match how you work.
What you need
Prepare a settlement for one week: an Excel file, PDF, or photo of the sheet, plus Bolt, Uber, and FreeNow files from that same week. You do not need files from every platform — upload those you use.
How to replicate a spreadsheet
- On Start, choose I want to calculate it like in my spreadsheet. You can also go to Settlements → Settlement templates → Replicate my spreadsheet.
- Upload the spreadsheet and platform files from the same period.
- Click Check. You will see a table with Your spreadsheet, TwojaFlota, and Difference for each driver.
- When the results match, choose Use these rules. The app saves the prepared rules for future settlements.
What if the result does not match?
Click Request matching and add a short note if, for example, you deduct fuel or another fixed charge. We will get back to you within 24 hours, usually within 12, and help match the settlement.
Analysis limit
You have 2 analyses during the trial. After the trial, 10 analyses are available each month.
Most common mistake: the spreadsheet and platform files are from different weeks. A comparison only works when they cover the same settlement period.
